. Every student must be in school by 7:45 am daily and attend the school Assembly .The school gates will close by 8:00 am .
Dress Code:
· Students must wear the school uniform daily and P.E uniform on specified days. White socks and black shoes should be worn.
· Failure to do so may result in being in detention.
· Periodic hair cuts and clipping of nails must be done.
School Work:
· All students must bring their books according to the time table given and ensure that all their work is done.
· Home Work must be done daily .Chronic defaulters will be given warnings, further leading to a suspension.
Absence and Tardiness:
· If your child is absent, kindly inform the school.
· If your child is absent for more than two consecutive days, a medical report from his /her physician stating the kind of illness and duration is required before he /she will be admitted to class, or the student's absenteeism is considered unjustified .
· Has a fever or had one during the previous 12 hours.
· Has heavy nasal discharge.
· Is just tired .Rest at home at such times may prevent the development of a serious illness.
· In case of an accident injury, we will make an immediate attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you we will proceed with the necessary actions.
Parents /Teachers meeting:
· Meeting are held at least twice during the school year .The purpose of the meetings will be to discuss the child's progress.
· Parents will be notified ahead of time about the date.
· If you would like to meet the teacher in order to discuss your child's progress or any problem your child is facing, please contact the school secretary to make an appointment.
· Any urgent issues that need to be addressed can be communicated to the Academic Director via email or telephone.
